What Happens When I Take An Ativan

Curiosity ... Cocoa

The cocoa tree did not exist in the Old World and the Europeans knew him only after the discovery of America. The first was the same as Columbus, but it was not particularly impressed, he struck just the fact that Native Americans would use it as seed money.
in 1519 when Hernando Cortez landed in Mexico, chocolate was the national drink of the Aztecs, however, and it was bitter and very, very hot, due to the addition of chili. Yet it was not immediately appreciated by the Spaniards.
Later the late sixteenth century, eliminated the red pepper and sweetened with sugar, chocolate conquered Spain.
At that time the chocolate paste, crushed cocoa, sugar and spices such as vanilla and cinnamon (to be consumed was then diluted with hot water), was prepared in great secrecy in the American colonies and at sea, challenging pirates, arrived in Europe.
In short, the chocolate drink became irreplaceable. Even, on occasion was reason to clash with the Catholic Church: During the religious was a bustle of maids who came into the church to bring hot chocolate to the ladies who listened to the sermons, so that a bishop threatened excommunication of anyone who had consumed the drink in the holy places. Then the question arose, resolved after many controversies, break the chocolate when fasting or not, that is, if it could be consumed first Eucharist.
For nearly three centuries, chocolate was only a drink, only appeared in 800 bars and chocolates, and again after the chocolate eggs.
