Below we have summarized through the milestones, the various phases of the project ...

This year, with the clan we faced a very difficult chapter, critical consumption, a complex and enigmatic technically difficult to understand, difficult to support with actual choices. The chapter is not yet completed but has already started to bear its first fruits a it is our project Cambuse Critical.

We decided to show our willingness to act on the basis of collective action, in fact intervene in our choices everyday, when we are alone or when we have to deal with the rest of the family is indeed a difficult step and not verifiable. Like any difficulties we decided to deal first with

1) The idea!

Cambuse criticism is a very simple design, being aware of our strength as consumers and therefore fundamental part of the life of every product we decided to prepare Galley critical for our summer camps. We first did a survey of the costs of organic and ethical products. We then created a comparison chart and saw what it cost us to change our normal products with products which they know the history and value, comparing prices with a discount store behind the seat where we used to go shopping, we have seen that could be an important first step to change a product line spending € 5 more for each child throughout the camp. 2) Looking for suppliers

so began the search for suppliers, we have begun to send mail around saying that we wanted to do and our problems and slowly it turned some contact out. We found that two suppliers, and Iris Altromercato: for the first year we thought it could be enough and that the project had started very late (the idea was born in April) was also time to realize, so we contacted them and degl'accordi we reached for the supply of products for breakfast from Altromercato and supply of pasta and tomatoes with Iris. The second step was done: we had reliable data, we knew how to make the orders and deliver products as us and now our campaign could start shopping!

3) Country purchases

First, we made a presentation of our project and the reasons that pushed us to propose, we believe that the close link between Scouting and critical consumption. We sent the first email in early May, we received some appreciation and so we thought it was time to realize that once you have finished the second stage we sent a second email with deadlines and project organization. The e-mails but not giving us great satisfaction and we could not really explain, a project that was born from the belly so we decided to go and speak to the assembly area, who asked not instill some confidence and some €. The meeting went quite well, about 2 minutes and explain the ideas learned in one year but it was almost impossible to end we managed to communicate what we wanted: it was a serious thing, we were there and we wanted to go all out.

Over time the membership came in and just started putting in orders, in the meantime had arrived also tests for those in third and not quite knowing the reliability of the delivery of our suppliers were rather anxious not to close the orders in time. In fact, the stragglers kept coming and although we could expect some more orders we preferred to close the orders after getting us to our total: 530kg of pasta, 120 kg of tomatoes and so on ... Let's orders and the planned arrival of the products back to our examinations.

5) Distribution

Finally come the products and we can go on vacation, because we had organized the shipment arrives at its headquarters, and we made a plan to shift to cover the various days of delivery.
