our project is often confused with the trade fair. Comments galleys, however, is born to realize "our political choice", and highlight those sustainable production in our country, feeding food chains short and right.

One of the projects we are most proud of is "I do not assume in black", created by the Anti-Racist Network Catania, which ensures that harvested on it without exploitation degl'immigrati. The cost of the untapped and legality, in fact, leave the potatoes unsold because they are too expensive for wide distribution. For this I am forced to sell their products directly to consumers.

This is a strong project, to give birth to an Italy that works and pays taxes and does not exploit.

Another important project, which in these days is taking life is the purchase of salami and cheese in the quake-hit areas of the Eagle. Many people, following the earthquake, they moved along the coast and the area's economy, especially that related to farming, is struggling.
We chose to launch this project to give practical help to the region, because the earthquake has been nearly two years, but the reconstruction and the economy find it hard to leave!

Fair trade is an important part of our project, but represents a small part of the galley. It allows us to buy foods that are not produced in Italy: cocoa, sugar, coffee, tea etc.. processed in compliance with the workers, the environment and the countries of the South.
Without detracting from the trade fair, which is an important tool to bring the global economy towards greater justice and equity, food criticism aspires to work much broader focus on our country: Italy.
